All of our trainers are USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coaches. In addition, they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get you your GAINZ.

Our mission is to safely develop each of our athletes to their fullest capabilities, while providing challenging training.

The best way to keep your athlete healthy, injury free and competing is done through specific comprehensive year round training.


Kevin Benages

Coach Benages has been teaching high school physical wellness for 10+ years. In addition to his Bachelor’s Degree, Coach Benages has earned 3 Master’s Degrees. Along with being a educator, he is the head strength and conditioning coach for a high school of over 3,000 where he is responsible for designing and developing exercise programming for 22 different high school sports in Naperville, Illinois.

Coach Benages is also the head boys lacrosse and assistant football coach. Outside of teaching he is the National Director for one the most premier club lacrosse organizations in the country and currently coaching the Under Armour All-America underclass for the 4th year.

As a Coach & Strength and Conditioning program developer, he has helped many of his clients reach their goals through proper nutrition, exercise and supplementation. He has also guided and trained over 1,000 athletes to play in the NCAA.

Coach Benages holds a USA Weightlifting Sport Performance coach certification and actively competes in fitness competitions. He loves fitness, nutrition and outworking yesterday!

TRAINGAINZ came to life because of the need for athletes to follow specific comprehensive strength and conditioning programs to enhance their sport performance. We will create programs for all ages, skills and sports. We are currently working with youth, high school, college, professional athletes and those looking to increase their general fitness.
