We already train with our team at school, can we do both?

Yes, absolutely and not a problem! We will work with your teams program so that you can train more and continue to improve through our personalized program for faster GAINZ.

What is personalized specific sport performance programming?

You will work directly with your TRAINGAINZ Athlete Coach who will create a personalized program for you week to week. Your coach will learn what your goals are, and gather necessary information to program your chosen plan.

What training methods do we use?

The 12 week training program comprises of 3 periods, 4 weeks each. Designed for comprehensive preparation for the rigors of competition and athletics. Each period has certain goals to ignite and bring the athlete to progress and reach their fullest potential. We focus on Ground Based and Functional Movements, Multi Joint Actions, Movements that develop the Core and Kinesthetic Awareness simultaneously, Progressive resistance that promotes Hypertrophy and Adaptations all while enhancing Flexibility through these movement patterns.

What should I expect after my purchase?

You will receive a email as soon as possible from us with a google form questionnaire gathering information to begin your specific comprehensive online program. Once we receive your your responses to the questionnaire, you can expect to receive your plan within 24-48 hours.

How will I get my personalized programming?

You will be shared on a personalized Google Sheet, where your programming will be shared directly with you.

When will TRAINGAINZ post the weekly workouts?

The training for the next week will be posted every 7th day at 8:00 p.m. CST.

What does the TRAINGAINZ program include?

A Structured, Comprehensive Training Program – We cover every element of fitness needed to compete, including all points of strength and energy system development. Our program is built upon principles of progression, structural balance and periodization. Every element of the training program has a purpose, and we take care to assure that the elements of the program complement each other.

What equipment is needed to follow the TRAINGAINZ Program?

The Youth Strength Program uses all body weight exercises and will need access to a pull up bar.

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Strength Programs will use barbells, weights for barbell and dumbbells.
