What Athletes / Sports does TRAINGAINZ program for?

All of them. We program for Olympic Weightlifting, Lacrosse, Soccer, Baseball, Field Hockey, Softball, Hockey, Basketball, Swimming, Water Polo, Wrestling, Football, Track, Volleyball and anyone looking to get fit.

What is remote specific comprehensive sport performance programs?

You will work directly with your TRAINGAINZ Coach who will create a personalized program for you week to week. Your coach will learn what your goals are, and gather the necessary information to build out your personal program.

We already train with our team at school, can we do both?

Yes, absolutely and not a problem! We will work with your teams program so that you can train more and continue to improve through our personalized program for faster GAINZ.

What training methods do we use?

The 12 week training program is comprised of 3 mesocycles, 4 weeks each. Designed for comprehensive preparation for the rigors of competition and athletics. Each period has certain goals to ignite and bring the athlete to progress and reach their fullest potential. We focus on Functional Movements, Olympic Weightlifting & Progressions and Traditional Strength Training movements. Our plans utilize Progressive resistance that promotes Hypertrophy and Adaptations all while enhancing Flexibility.

What does the TRAINGAINZ Program include?

A Structured, Comprehensive and Unified Training Program. We cover every element of fitness needed to compete, including all points of strength and energy system development. TRAINGAINZ will offer multiple training sessions depending on your program of choice from 3 or 5 days per week. TRAINGAINZ programs are built upon principles of progression, structural balance and periodization. Every element of the training program has a purpose, and we focus to ensure that the elements of the program complement each other.

What should I expect after my purchase?

You will receive an email as soon as possible from us with a questionnaire gathering information to begin your specific comprehensive online program. Once we receive your responses to the questionnaire, you can expect to receive your plan within 24-48 hours.

How will I get my personalized programming?

You will be shared on a personalized Google Sheet, where your programming will be shared directly with you.

When will TRAINGAINZ program post workouts for the next week?

The training for the next week will be posted every 7th day at 8:00 p.m. CST.

What equipment is needed to follow the TRAINGAINZ Programs?
Youth Strength Programs are all Body Weight exercises and will need access to a pull up bar.

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Programs will need access to a barbell, weights for the barbell and dumbbells.

Youth, Intermediate & Advanced Conditioning / Speed & Agility Programs can be done anywhere (grass, track, turf).
